EU will allow with a revised label, which should, combined with all 15 countries, should generate $20-$25 million revenue (France has $2.9 million pending). It should get to $3s.
Once each country formally approving and entering pricing agreements, it will creep up. Once it comes back with REMS label, it should explode to $5 to $6 levels. I would give 6 months... to $6 range.
Sentiment: Strong Buy

If it comes back with a REMS label, the US sales get re-started. In this case, why do you think it won't run well past $6 and closer to its recent highs of $15-20?
Ins, the problem with $15-$20 price range that it got there on hope that it will get in as first line treatment. Since it looks like it is not happening (at least for another year if not more) I'd hope that we get back to $8-$10 range first...
