Apparently some of you are and familiar with M&A. I see a number of posts worry that their is no positive news from ARIA or and of the potential buy-out pharma companies. I owned ASTX for a number of years and the message board was similiar to this one. Please note, both ARIA and any pharma companies that have talked with ARIA have to sign an NDA. I look at the fact that no one has denied the rumors as postitive. It appears that at least two pharma companies have signed NDAs, otherwise they would deny these rumors. Even if a buy-out does not occur ARIA is worth more than $10/share. Check their patents.
You have just posted: "Let's be realistic : Tomorrow (no news) trades $7.75 - $8.50 area." Isn't throwing numbers out there? Does it make you foolish? A foolish person is attempting to fool the readers. Pathetic!
Apparently you have not checked their extensive patent portfolio. They even won on appeals court with Lilly. A $10/share share price is very conservative. Hope you are short! I bought at $2.70 and do not plan on selling yet.
