Joe McAdams said no to my rent reduction of $1100 per month for a mobile home
i have a double lot and asked for a reduction in rent.they said no.
now i got a permit to move my mobile home and they still said no.
now wouldnt you think common sense would have them want to keep a tennant instead of loosing one.it doesnt make sense too me.
the vacancy factor is 15 percent.thats unaceptable.
but dont forget this company also raised the rents in the worst economic crisis since the great depression.
i would sell the stock
