    Growing the US Store Base is #1 - on the road to 300. (they will +37, up 20% this year alone).

    Boosting US Store Productivity -- the Canadian Sales sq/ft are approx $3000 vs $2000 overall.

    that gives, lots of room to drive comp store sales in the US, coupled with a +20% store count - Mgmt EPS guidance for FY2013 is VERY Conservative.

    Men's wear -- a huge opportunity, only 15% of sales.

    Int'l expansion - London, China

    Ivivva expansion

    Boosting e-commerce (which is higher margin)

    New categories - swim, cycle, outwear, footwear

    It should be a jam packed event.

    Can't wait for all the details.

      Are you indicating that the Canada portion of last years $1B revenue was $450M? Average size of store in Canada is around 3000 sq ft and you are giving them $3000 per sq ft that equals $9M per store. Times approximately 50 stores is $450M. Is this correct?

        43% of their Sales were in Canada -- or approx. $430M

        The % from Canada continues to decline --
        2009 it was 60% Cdn
        2010 it was 52%
        2011 it was 43%

        Average store size is fiscal 2011 was approximately 2,662 square feet, averaged sales of approximately $2,004 per square foot.

      • That was a Q4 run rate number... for the Canadian stores ( I think $450 on this years $1.3B in Revenues will be more likely ).

        The mature Canadian store base has always been much more productive... where the brand has been around for 10+ years.

        As the US Store base matures, they will move towards the Cdn averages. Sense the strong SSS they are reporting in the US.

        The Cdn revenues are also declining as a % of the mix, so going forward the Cdn $ movement will become much less relevent.

        20% store growth -- is a great starting point to grow Revenues and EPS.
