    First, not every American IT worker is fortunate enough to live in or near Silicon Valley, so the comparison to a nationwide issue is skewed horrible.

    Secondly, Boston was once the mecca of IT, anyone with a long memory would know Cambridge was HOT and Route 128 was THE place to be.

    Not anymore. The same can eventually be said for Silicon Valley, indeed employment is booming in Bangalore. Why not go there?

    $2 an hour is a living wage I hear over there.

    And do not believe for an INSTANT oh great Silicon Valley savant that YOUR job is soooo important that somebody someday cannot find a reason to outsource YOU to India. Then you will learn.
