Just DUMPED IBM on solid contracts that were not up for renewal. Hilton, 2 years into a 5, cut IBM out and chose Dell. Service Magic fired IBM and - insourced THAT IS RIGHT, HIRED AMERICAN WORKERS to do a better job than Big Blue. Now all you brainless stock shills, the big complaint was DATA CENTER AND DATABASE MONITORING!!! IBM was not doing it!!!!!!!!

I have a few moments now, so I want the shills on the board to know that as a former IBMer, years ago, I believe that IBM should be doing BETTER than to lose such contracts because of performance issues. THERE WAS A TIME when IBM represented the BEST in IT in America. Now, it represents billable hours and cheap labor. This should not be. IBM is an American Icon and to lose Hilton and ServiceMagic just because of database and data center issues is an insult to everything this firm stands for, eh, ONCE STOOD FOR but not anymore. It SHOULD aspire to better things than ONLY shareholder value.
