    Year 2000 Problem

IBM seems positioned well to profit from the Y2K problem. Has this been factored into the current price.

    • I am an officer at a medium sized bank in Wisc. and our bank is paying IBM more than $20 million dollars to convert our mainframe systems to MM/DD/CCYY processing capability. IBM has brought approximately 30+ programmers from India, to do this work(and boy are these people cheap for IBM). So how many other insitituions is IBM handling as well, it is estimated that they have over 800-900 other such contracts, and that tallies up to a bundle of $$$$$.

This stock price will surely crest $ 175 before the mellinium is over.
