Lots of companies have huge debt and that does not necessarily mean the Co will go bankrupt. I know lots of companies with zero debt that are more likely to go bankrupt as their future is very bleak, so they will gradually eat into that cash - always pay attention if a Co shows above average growth. Now if they have low debt, all the better.
That is a concern but not a scare as long as they fulfil expectations. Very simply, if they meet their own expectations this will be up huge; if not, you know what happens.
Now CEO has proven he is capable in the past, which makes the risk-reward worthwhile. But don't take my word for it, look at Jan 15 option prices. With PPS at ~ 5.9, $5 put could be had for ~ $1.55 (mid-point), whereas $7 call costs you ~ $2.1. So it shows you what the Mk't thinks.
