Does anybody know if kcs has already bought back part of the 1,000,000 shares they said they would? It seems to me that the lows have been made and if they haven't bought in yet that they had better start soon.
I spoke to a representative yesterday (Paul Samett sp??). He says they have already initiated the buy-back. However they had to suspend it due to the impending earnings announcement. This was done to eliminate any insider trading issues. Anyway I was left with the impression that the buy-back would continue at some point in the future.
UP AGAIN!! 1/8 at the open. Low volume. I think after 3 straight days of small increases it is safe to say that the selling is over and buying pressure is getting stronger.
Does anyone have any other info they can share???????????
I've got some good numbers ont his company but frankly don't know much about the management or this company's performance other than what a chart tells me. Here's what I do know:
Debt is high 72% of ttl capital Working cap is limited -3.65MM Heavily gas oriented 81% 71% of reserves are proved developed 441 BCFE reserves R/P ratio is great @ 15 yrs Implied reserve value is high @ $1.20 Full cycle ratio is bad @ -$0.39 Insider ownership is better than average @ 17%
Is this a good takeover candidate? The numbers point that way- can we help each other?
