  You need to see what the options chain has to say.and who will lose what.
  This stock is as totally contrived as any I have ever seen.Because of the small float and collusion the money will move it any way they dang please.

    Buy out is not coming without insider agreement...that will take almost $25 premium to convince BB to sale...difficult situation to deal when BB are paying $27 for recent shares..No buyout for while ..may be couple three years away.
