stung by the Complete Genomics fiasco,Illumina is getting ready to make a bid ( initially in the 50-60 range 1.7B range ) for Genomic Health
Which, of course, Illumina let you know first and before any public announcement because you are such a clever guy.
No, because I work in the biocluster area of SD and eat lunch at a popular eatery frequented by the brass.You dont have to believe it, I surely wouldnt bet the farm,but it makes sense.I wasnt all that familiar with Genomic before.
They'd need to sell some stock - to Roche? or offer us stock instead of cash. It's not the worst idea.
