DEP final closing price was $41.22
And that is one penny shy of 1.01 * EPD's closing price of 40.83.
Looks like the MLP funds were dumping their DEP shares right before the close, forcing them both down, and putting it into APL (creating a nice pop) which replaces DEP in the index. Would have been a nice time to add.
