for crying out loud how did we get on politics???????
This is starting to sound like the yahoo message board over there at Haliburton LOL.........
Well I hope I wasn`t the one that got us started on politics, however NO OTHER BOARD comes remotely to the HAL Board. When I get boerd I like to read some of the posts on HAL, and even jump in thee fray on occasion.
It is not limited to EPD. APL is at capacity and adding to capacity at ebitda multiples of 4-5x which is the stuff dreams are made of.... MWE is the dominent G&P force in the Marcellus region and now its new JV is moving into the Utica Shale arena.
NGLS is the second largest G&P processor in the Mt. Belvieu region behind EPD and it too is adding capacity.
I have said this on several strands. This is a golden era for liquids and G&P.
The notion two years ago that EPD could obtain full subscription to a 1,230 mile ethane pipeline from the Marcellus to the Gulf of Mexico would have been labeled an insane notion.
All this is about the renaissance in manufacturing.... plastics, fertilizers, chemicals that low nat gas and nat gas liquids afford. The next big thing will be exporting of excess ngls to the rest of the world that presently pays over double the price for ngls on average.
Last week there was an announcement about old Ohio steel mills reopening to produce steel pipe for Utica.
There is so much good economic stuff going on there is a distinct possibility that Obama gets re-elected simply riding a wave of everything he despises in terms of capitalism and free markets.
FYI On March 11 epd news release was a second half 2012 expansion of its Houston export terminal extension. When completed it will have ability to fill multiple ships at 10,000 barrels an hour of propane or NGLS. Guess who is blocking export of propane and NG. DEMOCRAT Mursa Ma. Keep voting for these mental midgets. Our export dollars are presently growing these kind of products but guess who is against it Curious george
