I don't think the unit price will grow without an increase... I have never seen an MLP dip below a 5% yeildThe results are so good and they are so smart that they may have outsmarted themselves
"I have never seen an MLP dip below a 5% yield"check out MMP, SXL,OKS and you will find three MLPs with current yields below 5%.
And WES (4.3%), TLLP, EVEP, OILT, AHGP, BIP, WPZ, ARLP, GMLP.
check out MMP, SXL,OKS and you will find three MLPs with current yields below 5%. -----------------------I think those tickers only enhance the point... it would be fully valued with limited upside in the unit priceand would be more likely than not to trade down from those unit price highs and dist yields$50 (4.96% yeild) will be a top until the dist growth rate and yield indicate its worth moreremember without an increase in the distribution growth rate, the rate of growth will continue to contract... and thats not a metric that will attract new money
statesrip - did mgmt say there was the potential of an 8-10% distribution increase or is that your inference?I didn't have time this am to listen to the cc; will do it tonight. Thanks!
