How much will the new stock drop current stock price? It's only 20 million shares!Maybe 20 percent?

About 2-3%, this is a large company, and they are not offering 20 million units at once. Probably over 2 or 3 secondaries.This company has an enormous number of high returning projects, so no doubt it will be fabulously accretive for investors.
EPD is not offering any units. You also need to remember that some 40% of the unitholders take units in lieu of cash so EPD needs almost 20M units a year just to cover drip issued units!ARB
