strum_this, thanks for your feedback. I see that apparently there was a secondary last December, when trading exceeded 10 million shares on 12/8/11. It does appear to be a buying opportunity as SPOs are with mREITs. Anyways, I just picked up 500 shares at $52.88 in after hours. Thanks again.
