Keystone is not dead at all. About 25% is built and more under construction. Enbridge also announced more oil going via expanded Lakehead to Chicago area.
Which pipe to BC are you talking about? The NG pipe to Kitimat area is for the LNG export plant. They will also build a pipe to export oil. Neither should effect EPD as they do not do business in Canada and Canada has more oil and NG than we need. We are exporting NG and products too.
