Look close. These officers just recently acquired at a cost of $0, then same officers just sold at market. They are not selling any of their core holdings. They are exercising free options, likely to raise cash for April 15th tax man.
Absolutely correct. Do you remember in October when they increased by .015? They announced there would be increases of .01 for the next 4 quarters with the possibility of a
"special" increase to be paid next November. Thus the November distribution (unless the BOD changes its mind) will be $2.76 annualized. They also strangely said they did not want future distributions to include fractions of a cent.
