    Big Boys on the Street certainly believe that fiscal policy will tighten soon

    This is why I have been a proponent of the biggest increases in distributions that the company can handle.... higher distribution =s higher unit price

    Even the best of class EPD will see the equity value decline to where the yield is a minimum of 5%... most likely more... it wouldn't be unheard of to see the price drop to a 6% yield

    IF you have warehoused your distributions.... the time to buy is when the yield exceeds 5%.... historical norms are that because that's exactly what they are

    I know... 12 thumbs down... but that ain't gonna change the reality

    even a broken clock is right twice a day.... sooner or later policy had to tighten.... which meant MLPs had to correct
