And, yet, ANOTHER Non-Compliant Thief Suspect Subdued via TASER!

And, as ALWAYS, UNLIKE dailyscammer, I Give CREDIT, where it is due, and I Disclose my Sources, so as to: NOT Plagiarize; NOT post Multi-Year-Old, Irrelevant Stories; Not Edit; and/or, NOT, Deliberately, Mislead!: From: The Journal Times by Stephanie Jones 5/09/13

"CALEDONIA — A Caledonia man was struck with a Taser twice Wednesday, after he was caught shoplifting and then fled from police, according to his criminal complaint.

Caledonia police were dispatched to Pick ‘n Save at 5111 Douglas Ave. at approximately 4:47 p.m. Wednesday for a suspected shoplifter, later identified as James J. Mack, 44.

An officer tried to stop him at Highway 31 and 6 Mile Road, but he took off, according to his criminal complaint.

Then after a pursuit, Mack reportedly crashed into a fence on Elderberry Road, then got out of his car and started running down the road.

The officer ordered him to stop, but instead Mack turned and ran toward the officer with clenched fists, according to his criminal complaint. The officer then deployed a Taser, the complaint said.

After he was hit, Mack allegedly tried to get up and pull out the Taser probes, which caused the officer to deploy his Taser a second time.

Mack later allegedly admitted to taking items from the grocery store without paying. He said he didn’t remember what he took, but store cameras showed him stealing alcohol, according to his criminal complaint.

Mack was in custody Thursday, according to court records, but his initial appearance was postponed because he was sick. He faces charges of eluding an officer, resisting an officer, operating after revocation and retail theft."
