    • LOL....Geithner, isn't he the boob who sent his kids to a private summer camp and then claimed it on his business tax expenses??? America is in deep trouble between him, Pelosi, Reid, Frank and all the other lil rugrats running the show! Granted, "O" inherited these troubles but his main campaign was "CHANGE"; having said that...he should have hired his "own" administration but he chose the easy way out and took most of Clinton's! Where is the "CHANGE"??? Exactly, there is none!

    • the war on the poor is over. let the war on the wealthy begin! woohoo

    • Funny you can say that and think it's true. How short is your memory? He.s been in office for under a month, but hey, its his fault. You must have missed econimics class from day 1.

    • Your an Idiot, the president has only been in office a few days, these problems have built up over time and it about time he goes after the rich where there is more tax loop holes, corporations that sign deals overseas to avoid paying taxes, overpaying for Gov contracts. You must live in a bubble, let me bust it for you pinhead.

    • here's the deal people
      democracy, socialism, communism, nationalism, fascism,
      marxism

all these are just words, 100's of millions have been killed over their definition. this will continue. point is political ideaological definitions only work for specific population demographics. as the world population increases, as it has and will continue. the powers that be will invent new words to define govt.
we're like rats in a petri dish as the population increases historically our behavior has become more and more abhorrent. fewer and fewer people have the control over resources as well as the $$. the majority at the bottom WILL REVOLT when pushed to far. we are only just beginning to see this happen. watch eastern europe it's smoking, and now in serious trouble, w. europe doesn't have an ear. they will after it's to late but...i do digress
      my opoligies for nonsensical perspective.
religion coming soon as well - israel/iran amerika will give the go ahead for missle strikes or whatever to disable iran's nuclear progress. oh, what fun that will be!
we need humility, generosity, understanding, everything you all know and refuse to give. the human gene is a selfish one. perhaps we can change or perish. we actually have the choice.

    • I have no pity on the wealthy. They escape paying their fair share too easily. The IRS should allow no deductions for anyone making say, $1,000,000.00 a year or more. I'm sure they can figure out someway to make a scale work. I know you can't tax someone or a business so much as to break them, I don't advocate that. But it's hard to feel sorry for someone who makes more in a year than you will make in your entire life. If they don't like paying the taxes, then don't make the money. All these big bonuses should be investigated, and taxed heavily, or made illegal. Tell me that someone's $20,000,000.00 bonus doesn't end up coming out of the consumers' pocket at some point in time. If the people are downtrodden enough, they will rise up and kill the oppressors. IF YOU DO NOT LEARN FROM HISTORY, YOU ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT IT. If someone killed a thief like Madoff, I would not lose any sleep over it. Hard times spawn desparate actions.
