I REFUSE TO PAY THE IRS!
The U.S. Treasury wiped-out my $200,000 investment when they ILLEGALLY took conservorship of Fannie Mae. They have yet to justify their reasons, or prove action was necessary. Until they compensate me for my loss or prove their actions justifiable, I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER PENNY TO THE THIEFS. At the mere $3,000 maximum loss limit, I will not live long enough to use it up.
I URGE ALL OTHERS WHO LOST THEIR INVESTMENT WHEN PAULSON TOOK OVER TO DO THE SAME.-
You have to get a grip! Not paying your taxes will cause grave harm to your neighbor who needs those tax dollars for his hand out! Suck it up like the rest of us, next time you go by an IRS building just drop off your wallet. That way they can simply take what want as needed without bothering you anymore.

IMO Refuse to pay the IRS that is bad idear.Maybe put youself in jail. You have good reason to stop pay MGE then make case go to court.

File a lawsuit after the big boys get started.

hope you don't own a home. also tax losses are only written off 3,000 per year for 5 yrs. they WILL take your home i've seen it done. we are all fodder get used to it or organize and do something about it!

tell me where you saw that the losses can only be written off for 5 years.
losses are written off at $3000 per year but you can write off the losses until they are used up. there is no limit to the # of years.

I don't disagree with you on the initial seizure of the GSE's by the Feds. But Good luck with that not payiong taxes strategy. The IRS play a mean game.
