Probably not to far from the truth. Becomes harder to produce witnessess when they are no longer in your employ. Also, since this is a civil matter, Demarco may not be compelled to testify even if subpeonaed since he'll be outside the "area". Could be more government games to hide people and keep from doing depositions, etc.
