CSC Exploitation of employees
CSC has been doing this for years to U.S. employees. So it's not unusual.

You're going to have to be more specific. Are you referring to:
1. Habitually low pay raises (0-3%) for 2-3 years followed by a 10% pay cut - thus driving the employee's pay asymptotically below the starting point?
2. Requiring employees, exempt and non-exempt alike, to work more than 40 hours a week w/o overtime?
3. Requiring employees to use up a plurality of vacation in the fiscal 4th quarter - also known as winter?
4. Putting employees on unpaid furloughs of one to two weeks?

6. Lying to employees that are resourced through outsourcing agreements? "You have a great future with CSC. Trust us." And 16 months later, BYE, DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YOUR A?? ON THE WAY OUT.

What else is new? Things haven't changed there since I left years ago!

The US employee's exploitation is due to following Referring to: 1. Habitually low pay raises or better yet ..NO pay raises for multiple years. 2. Requiring employees, exempt and non-exempt alike, to work more than 40 hours a week w/o overtime? 3. No bonus what so ever 4. Even when they fire employees on bench; they do not give any severance package. 5. The HR department is virually does not exist , employees can't even ask questions about their salary ? 6. Ever increasing employee's % contribution of healthcare insurance .. I think now employees pay most of it and company just chooses the vendor.
CSC is simply a ridiculous company to work for.
