Half of India still has no electrical power. Companies such as CSC that offshored their workforce to India now has to rely the remaining onshore workforce in the U.S. to take up the slack. Another example of stupidity from management.
I was torn to pieces on the IBM board about even suggesting that the Indian power grid situation is of concern to any firm that outsources anything to India. Seems they are more worried about our power grid and, of course, increasing shareholder value.
