    Almost identical to GGP situation


    GGP... Went bk to the a quarter because of a cash crunch in the commercial real estate market.

    Had 27 billion assets, 25 debt, but no bank wanted to touch the assets cause the market was bad

    Commercial real estate recovered, ggp refinanced in bk and came back and look where they are now

    This is the exact same thing except with the tanker business which we know has bottomed.

    This is worth the gamble here

    • You read my mind. I was thinking the same. Based on what I have seen in the past five years, BK companies with positive net asset value imply that common shareholders are not wiped out when the company emerges from BK. Come on, there is not even a debtors in possession arrangement on this one!
