Still believe PEIX should consider selling Madera if they could take in 50 ton 60 million. Then they would have enough to buy remaining 17 percent and pay down debt.. Especially if it costs 12 million plus corn to start up.
Ideally sell it to an investment group in which PEIX would gather marketing contract and management contracts.
