Not With this Management selling out like yesterday morning. They had it all pre-filed April 30th to have the news of Insiders selling PEIX pre-market just before May 6th opening bell with PEIX already under a bear short attack????? it's bad enough with all the HFT computers rigging the game is it not???
Then PEIX insiders once again coming out and selling shares??? Just my opinion and it might just be a ?? coincidence??
Do you mind expanding on how you came up with $45? I work in M&A and I routinely value companies similar to PEIX and I have a price of $32/share fully dilutive. That is the expected price for an acquisition offer. I am in no way implying there is an offer or would be any offer in the future. I have simply valued the company using my metrics based on the TTM financials.
What P/E ratios are you guys figuring here? Also does anybody know how much of PEIX's feed comes from sources other than corn? I think diversifying away from corn for ethanol will be critical for their success.
