I'd guess that she was a scam artist even though the only PNRA positions I've ever held have been short ones.

    • This whole thing smells ...

All she had were 20's because she just came from the bank.

Ok, but she had purchased "$8 or $10" worth of bakery goods first. Hmmm. No change? Seems she would have had a $10. Also, most folks purchase their dinner first, then get goodies to go.

      None of this adds up.

And why do you guess her to be a scam artist?

"...the only PNRA positions I've ever held have been short ones."

You must have been there long enough to have gone through the PNRA training program to mark a customer as a scam artist sight unseen and as your very first inclination.

I say again .... You just can't believe this happened in one of your stores... somehow you have to find a way to blame the customer!
