    Why can't PNRA make as good of a turkey sandwich as me?

    Today I made a turkey sandwich from some Thanksgiving leftovers. I used leftover turkey, a slice of quality cheddar cheese, on some good bread, with some mayo. I was stunned how good it was, much better than the typical $6.00+ turkey sandwich you get at PNRA or other sandwich places. Now I am not a chef or anything, yet I created a great better-tasting sandwich out of leftovers. Why can't sandwich places do this and use real turkey instead of the processed lunch meat type turkey they use? Just a thought..
