I've been using Intuit products for years- Quicken, Quickbooks, TT and payroll service. I thought their service had been slipping over the years, but an incident today convinced me to sell my INTU shares. I ordered TT Business online, but they shipped TT Deluxe instead. Trying to get them to ship the right product is like pulling teeth. I went through 3 chat reps before someone said they would send me the correct product. However, they expect me to pay to send them the wrong product back.
I've been dealing with them for years. I had to talk to 3 chat reps this morning before someone was willing to correct the situation.
I forgot to mention- the email that I got from Intuit confirming the order had two URLs- one, to check the status of the order and another to report a problem. The first URL led to a webpage that stated that I was on the wrong website for TT issues. The other results in "host not found".
