    TurboTax Apologizes To Customers

    Posted by Ellenndavid:
"I'm with TurboTax and we wanted to ensure that everyone has a copy of the open apology letter that we publicly posted on www.turbotax.com and featured in advertisements in today's USA Today and Wall Street Journal."

I realize you're trying to keep the stock pumped up, but take a look at what was posted by the company themselves. They're spinning the situation, using it as foundation for an advertising campaign, yet posting it in a thinly veiled press release format.

FYI - improving your tone and being less condescending to others would aid in your posts being taken more seriously.

BTW - the contraction for You are is You're, not your.
