    TurboTax

    Hi

Without any authorization Intuit charged my credit card for three copies of Turbo tax. I have been working with the credit card company to reverse those charges.

How many others of you have similar experience? Is this a sales technique to show a lot of revenue for this quarter? ANd how much will be reverse when those cahrges are not accepted.

Maybe a short for this stock if they announce a good quarter ending 12/31/08 and the stock goes up.

    • Fr. L... What we've learned is that some customers forgot that they signed up for autorenewal (even more than once) and then also ordered via telephone/online. I'm confident that a call to our support group will promptly reverse the additional charges.

    • Give me a break ... I recently went to Las Vegas and was double-charged for my hotel room. I'll bet it is a conspiracy by MGM-Mirage to boost revenue. It never ceases to amaze me how ridiculous some people are.

Just call your credit card company to get the charge removed. If you really didn't recieve three copies then it should be no problem.
