The delux software only allowed me to file two returns. When I tried to file the third, it took my credit card payment ($19.95)for the third return but then popped an error message saying that I had already filed 5 returns and could file no more. I guess their software programers can't count to 5. Their tech support kept me on the line for about an hour before saying that there was nothing that could be done except file a paper return or go elswhere. I will go elsewhere and to the state attorney general and the better business bureau. If you own this stock I suggest you sell now before the news breaks.
Hey yes I do work for Liberty tax. That did not protect me from the 4 hours I spent with TT customer support trying to reslove this error. They admit that they have known about it since before Feb. 28 but havent done anything about it. Watch for the video on You Tube when I post it. It will demonstrate the error. The final response from them was "file paper or go to another computer and reinstall it". I have mailed a letter to the President of Intuit requesting a refund of the purchase price and the $19.95 it took for the return it did not file. GUESS WHAT THIS IS HAPPENING TO MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS BESIDES MYSELF.
I did re install after uninstalling. Didn't work. I called support and they said I could take it to another computer and use it. This is a problem they have been aware of for a while but have not fixed.
