Can't Download NY Personal Tax Forms
no problem with NJ, but it won't allow you to download the New York TurboTax personal income tax forms at this time. Can't even get anyone on the phone at the company who speaks English without a thick accent. What a mess. Help, anyone?

  On the Turbo Tax website you can click on support and then chat or call for help. They also have a Live Community that you can search to see if other people have had the same issue and how they solved it. You could also just call the Working on My Return Department at 1-888-777-3303.
