crush them in what business? they dont have competition in tax prep and they bought their biggest competitor for online personal finance management (mint). and there doesn't seem to be much competition for business finance (quickbooks). although it is always 'frightening' to through out idiotic phrases such as 'google and apple will crush them', no big company has attempted to compete with intuit in a looong looong time. it is only new startups that try and compete.
