    Quicken help

I am looking for a software package that can track a portfolio's performance. Does anyone know if the investment portion of Quicken is any good? For instance, can you track your portfolio's gain against the S&P 500?

    Any information is appreciated.

    Thanks.

      Quicken 98 :)

Personally, I think it is excellent. (For live updates I use Yahoo ticker or StockView).

      >For instance, can you track your portfolio's gain against the S&P 500?

Certainly. Using either Market Watch or the Watch List.

    • Try Investor Insight from Intuit's Web site. I think this will produce what you want; however, there is a monthly fee for this depending on the number of stocks you wish to follow.

The options in Quicken for tracking and comparing portfolio performance are rather limited and actually disapponted. Quikcen is very good at tracking trades and the money associated with such trades.

P.S. What is long-term potential for Intuit? Targets with proof!
