Ok, going to the net could cost them some bucks, but I can't see where it is wrong. Even if they are somewhere near even, it would establish them as a big time www player. The shorts may talk it up big to get a play, but it shows a company with savy that will take a few hits along the way to improve their position. I like the software and the management and their cash position. I can wait for the pop.
The real issue with INTU lies in the E Filing Business. The retail business is just a small part of what they do. The IRS is accepting an increasing number of returns via telephone and the internet both by individuals and preparers. Almost all scheduales are now accepted. This company is poised to take advantage of this in a big way. Forget the small investors 100-500 share buys and sells...it's meaningless. The institutions love this stock it's going to 90 over thenext 12 months...They are cash rich and a low P/E..Once the institutional money goes back into the market Booooooooom..this Value play will take off.
