I guess when things are going OK, no one has anything to say on this board. The dividend yield on this looks better and better as short term rates keep dropping.. with potential for share price appreciation as well.
Yes, I think most of us are just enjoying the ride. Despite what Colorado-dude says, I don't think this is significantly overvalued. Over the last 4.5 years this stock has essentially doubled, giving it a appreceation of about 16% per year, compounded. Considering the mostly tax free yield to boot, that seems outstanding. Now that interest rates seem to be leveling off, I suspect we are unlikely to get that much appreciation, but these days I will gratefully accept 7%+ (mostly tax-free).
