    • $.12/share for the quarter would be just fine. They did $.06 last quarter and $.08 last year so if they did $.12 it would be 50% yoy. I would be thrilled. I think it will be a good report if they do $.10!!

    • quarter to come in soft - back to $8.00 to $8.50 tops.

I don't think there's any way they will hit 12 cents/share for the quarter bottom line.

they are also going to be having one-time (restructuring) expenses related to the acquisition and I'm noticing a trending of increased sales & marketing expenses.

maybe they post 10 cents/share profit on the bottom line - I don't think 12 will happen.

      • I don't what you are talking about. I have much greater expectations for this quarter, based on the following backlogs reported in the 1st quarter earnings report.

License and services bookings up 42% to $5.1M from $3.6M in Q1 last year
DSA license and services bookings up 95% in Q1 to $3.5M from $1.8M in Q1 last year
License and services backlog up 40% in Q1 to $7.8M from $5.6M in Q1 last year
DSA license and services backlog up 72% in Q1 to $5.3M from $3.1M in Q1 last year
Second quarter dividend of $0.10 per share, payable May 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 20, 2014

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
