    60% dividend payout ratio

They will cut the divi next time instead of new dilution...
Obviously some folks here know the basics.

    • Nak, Why does somebody else have too lose
for you to make a point. I have been a
shareholder in PBN longer than you. I avg'd
down from $19 thoughout 2011 and I am back
to even. ERF is a company that has rewarded
shareholers like me for 10yrs and you have
to make it a zero sum game. Why does ERF
have to be a phoney unsustainable company
for you to be happy about Petrobakken?
You are surely going to lose in the longrun
because your emotion has replaced sense.

      • Perhaps i am wrong but i thought erf has a pay out ratio above 100% and that would be unsustainable for more than a short period of time. This is confusing to me because sometimes i notice different definitions of pay out ratios and they dont include the capital expenses only the operating expense/cost. any one care to comment on the actual pay out ratio all expenses included?
