There's an oil boom and unprecedented prosperity in the Bakken area, but investors haven't thought much of Enerplus, even though Enerplus is doing a lot of investment there. Is the only thing dragging down Enerplus their concentration on Natural Gas, which is at record low prices, or are there other negatives on the company?
Need to buy today to get the February dividend.
Why they are not pressing on the Bakken to increase production like their neighbors including Kodiak and Oasis baffles me. Take advantage of high oil prices now. these guys are way too conservative.
Lots of oil exploration and development companies show losses during the exploration phase, but the market rewards many companies in anticipation of future profit. Isn't that what the Bakken represents?
