Awesome.
In some of those board presentations they state that they planned to "opt out" of the auction process, and just work with the FDIC.
Why then would they expect to get ANY info from WMI?
Maybe because their internal plan to "opt out", was kept internal, but they told WMI that they planned to "opt in" to the auction process to get a fresh look at those books!
They clearly stated internally that they had no intent to bid.
Can you say "sham negotiations"?-
Can you say "sham negotiations"? Yes, but the real question, is does it all get covered up? I say no deals, people got to go down over this. This is just pure greed and abuse of power.

No. I think I can unequivocally state that as a 'negative',
since... I'm sitting at my desk, NEVER HAVING TO LEAVE MY HOUSE, having saved another (of many) doc- reading it with great hunger.
So, yeah. No, I think it's safe to say that this is no longer misunderstood by the majority of others who have access...

No but I can say corporate espionage for the sole purpose of taking down a competitor , aided by the OTS/FDIC
