Did you BETMQ this morning...
I gave this stock to this board at 30 cents a share and today it has a new high..It is a Sports and Horse Racing book in Las Vegas under the name Leroy's and has around 40 outlets in Nevada were people can make bets..The stock is now $1.80 a share....In the mean time CHDN is doing well..I feel that all Horse racing stock will stand still for a little while to regroup and then go forward..The Golden Years of Hollywood Park are over I hate to say...We used to go there everyday...The stupid traffic is the biggest problem, Now Del Mar does well because people go down for the track and the ocean,,they stay there for days or weeks or the season..the people do not have to drive home...But let us see what will happen..Perhaps CHDN can get a partner at Hollywood Park for building something...I onl have two stocks right now, WGA and BETMQ...The Q will be dropped shortly...Do not expect a big move up or down for CHDN...Nevgeco..Stock Analyst...

before CA can get any "major start" it will need to clean house of this bunch of regulators on testosterone making all these rules that are totally unenforceable as well as responsible for the 4/5 horse fields.
Trouble is Kentucky is on the same path - that of following the lead of Dinny Phipps and Jockey Club let-em-eat-cake elitists.
That's what happens when you get a bunch of egomaniacal political appointees with political/social agendas and no practical grassroots experience in racing to run your State Racing Commission.
Will racing be better off after they have deleted the bottom half of the industry? ...You tell me.

OK here is the inside information from Nevgreco and TLG,,,The end of Hollywood Park and the start of a major one at Los Alamitos, could be at least 2 years away...Mike Pegram pursuing a partnership that could change the face of California racing...Pegram is interested with the partner ship of the owner of Los Alamita to put $40M in upgrade at Los Alamitos...it has an upgrade nighborhood..Gary Stevens and Mike Smith are leaving to ride at the Keenland meet..They are tired of the 4 or 5 horse field...all this information is per Gaming Today in Las Vegas..Los Alimitos is in Orange County, and it has mucho people around it...

thanks tlg. on meca - i have been buying them like a kid at a candy store. i assume you agree that they are cheap given that there is barely a premium in them for ok, pa and fla. they were trading here two years ago.
