    • <<<Ok, you were kissing my ass yesterday, now they release some crappy SDK and all of a sudden you're pumping again, even though you claim to have no position in this POS. I've said it before, we will get a retest of 52 week lows, the most pressure will be in the last 5 trading days leading up to earnings. Prolly the Friday afternoon before earnings has the greatest chance for lows. What's in the ER is speculation, but I don't think it's good.>>>>

I have never pumped the stock. And I don't own a position right now. Why will the most pressure be in the last 5 days before the ER??? I think it will be building to a peak before the ER. I guess we will just have to wait & see.

    • <<I have to admit, you have been right all along. Shortivo, you are the man. Your analysis of TiVo thus far has been flawless. I have to give you props for that.>>

<<Shortivo......you are correct. I bought in at $4.10 & sold at $3.99, taking a small loss with that trade. I had built in some very close stop limit orders to minimize my risk. I'm glad I did, because I didn't get hurt that bad.>>

<<Do you continue to see TiVo going down the tubes? Is there ANYTHING that will right this ship? Should I be shorting this stock now? I wonder what the March ER will do to this stock? Give me more insight, shortivo. Maybe I will listen this time. >>

    • They can file the 10-Q with the stock sale.

    • He said they would sell stock after they filed the 10-Q and he would cover on that. I think they sell within the week.

    • Firstly, I wasn't talking to you, stocky. so shut your freaking mouth.

What did you do, roll over & ask shortivo my question?

I swear you must be his bitch or something.

    • He said he would cover when the 10-Q was filed.

    • <<<<brylisvg, I really tried to warn you. I feel bad you bought at $4.10 but I wanred you and you did'nt believe me. Cash crunch, here it comes, hear me now, believe me later!!!!

I have been somewhat skeptical of TiVo all along, also skeptical of your comments. I viewed TiVo as having some big upside potential, but that has not come about. Or does not seem it will come about anytime soon.

    • The stock price is not going up. It took a hit on new issue and cash hit.

    • <<Tivo simply can't print shares. That is a silly accusation. In order to issue new shares they must have a new public offering. What they are doing is using treasury shares already counted in the float.>>

      Where is this jackass: liketheredwhitenandblue

Monon, have you read the new 8-K? They printed shares: "The issuance of these shares of common stock was exempt from registration pursuant to Section 3(a)(9) of the Securities Act."

Idiot jerkoff imbecile, they printed shares and got no cash for the shares they issued!!!!

      HoooooooooooohoooooooooooooheeeeeeHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
