How so?
They will now get money every month from every non-TiVo DVR in existence.
It's as though they have no competitors, and never did.
It's pure cash profit on units they didn't have to spend money to produce, sell, deliver, and service.
And on its own, it's making and selling $200 devices for $300-500 each, and tacking on a service plan worth $200-unlimited per unit. And it's about to reopen its DirecTV market.
You have it completely backwards. This company can't lose money no matter who tries to hurt it. -

Look at the chart @ 3pm when I wrote that, it was 15.88, it then went down to 15.57. I didn't get in coz I was waiting for 16. BTW, learn to read @$$hole, I didn't write "asault" it was the original post heading.
Jeez, some people.
PS, I went short again near the close @16.55, 6th time today.
