The headline numbers look great. 3.7m contracts and 7m end-users. If TIVO got all those people signed up at $1/m for their software, that'd be ~$80m to the company.
However, ONO's actual numbers look bleaker.
Seems that they have less than 1m TV subscribers, and that number's been in decline. At best, this is a $5-10m opportunity for TIVO, if they execute perfectly.
Would advise caution to purchasers on this spike. Company might have value, but this is not an indicative point.
Revenue is one of TIVOs biggest issues. If that gets squared away we can see this turnaround.
It is an undervalued stock because of the patents and its potential to generate revenue off the technology.
You are totally inept...don't make it look like it was a P&D when the entire market is in the red:

If you are going to try to post inaccurate information to cause a sell-off then that is stock manipulation. Maybe you should try your tactics on a newbie board instead of one with actual investors.....
tivo is severely undervalued and this shows the market once again that they are overlooking improving fundamentals outside of the court room...tivo is not the same company it was when the lower court decision came out yet it is trading at that price
tivo is growing internationally and right now under $8 you have minimal downside litigation risk with improving fundamentals but you have huge potential upside from here with a win against Dish and great long term international growth outlook
tivo will be double digits when they launch Virgin and Directv at year end...comcast may also adopt an RCN stratedgy
very good entry point here

Disagree with what exactly?
I pointed out that the latest press release had been embellished, provided numbers from the actual company to support my case, and concluded that the deal has negligible impact on TIVO's operations.
At no point did I make an argument for or against TIVO's current valuation.
