Really? I doubt there aren't many civil cases like this where the plantiff's attorney asks for information and the defendant's attorney plea's destruction during the normal course of business. So in this case, someone reading the case see's this (old news) and slips it to someone and the retail rubes eat it up. Let's see the fact that it coincides with a crap earnings report and someone can dump a million shares or so to the willing, so what? Learn the game or get out. LOL
