WEB purchased the Tulsa paper....of course...terms were not disclosed.
The Boston paper will be interesting. Not an apples to apple comparison for Lee's smaller papers. And I think there is a 2nd paper in Boston competing with it. But since the NY Times is keeping the pension costs, we will get an idea of the current market for papers. I think anything short of 130 million will be disappointing.
It will be interesting to see if any new money is flowing into these papers (e.g., a Gannett).
