    Fear and greed

While I am feeling more than a bit smug these last few months, the recent price increases are getting worrisome. Too much sunshine on our once quiet little shadow-hugging money maker. People are the best and worst part of stock investing.

    • Guys. Check the facts. CLMT has a PE of 10! And a PS=0.5.... It's still cheap. I'm not saying nthere won;t be setbacks...but I am holding till $70!

    • Roger, don't worry, be happy! LOL!

Seriously, I know what you mean. We all knew we had a winner here, but I figured that it would take a lot longer for the market to figure it out. The key question is what do we do from here? Profit taking is always an option, but I tend to follow the lead of the insiders. I noted in one of my other posts that so far, there hasn't been any insider selling. So, we can conclude that the insiders still think CLMT is a good place to park their money, even at today's pps. That's good enough for me.

    • Roger -- if you are already long (as I am) why don't you like the attention and run up? We are all making money, and lots of it!

Yeah, I would like to purchase more on the dips (don't know when that will next be at this rate!), and the new found attention in the marketplace makes those dips less likely. But frankly, given the cost basis of my shares, the distributions that the company is making is around a 30% yield for my original share purchases.

My biggest challenge at this time is attempting to understand if/when the share price has gotten too far ahead of reasonableness and whether I should temporarily taking a bit of money off the table.

      Good luck to all longs.

      • I believe CLMT is making some of the best buys & advancing in very profitable assets, as you said Roger, management is going to get a bigger piece of the pie as distribution grows, right now there seems to be plenty of pie for everyone. Seeking Alpha has a good article under ACMP talking about more MLP`S getting in to the business. I am an investor more than a trader & will continue long unless we see selling taking place, wish I had bought more when it was $17.00!

        Sentiment: Hold
